Provide development, configuration, and administrative support for enterprise applications and systems.
Manage user support requests, perform Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting, diagnose system-related issues, and coordinate with external vendors for resolution when required.
Conduct testing for pre-release applications, including related software enhancements and tools.
Support system implementation projects and provide post-implementation maintenance and support.
Coordinate with vendors on project execution, system testing, patch updates, and version upgrades.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on system implementation.
Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
Strong expertise in Nintex NAC, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Proficient in SQL, with working knowledge of HTML and Java.
Self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle posting of receipts and reconciliation.
Monitor daily receipts across all bank accounts, ensuring the AR team completes daily receipt postings and follows up on any unidentified payments received.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Oversee credit control and ensure Accounts Receivable balances are consistently monitored and closely followed up.
Ensure timely monthly closing of Accounts Receivable.
Review the posting of receipts, journals, invoices, and ad hoc adjustments.
Prepare monthly reports for meetings and highlight any risks identified.
Update daily cashflow for the receipts section.
Assist with both external and internal audits.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/CAT with 4 years of relevant experience.
Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player with good leadership skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
